
THE SILVERÂ PACKAGE
This package is an 8 week programme of 121 training sessions with Nikki. You will have 1 hour a week in the gym with Nikki where she will train you and push you to achieve personal bests. In these sessions Nikki will be teaching you techniques to use in your own workouts and help you to feel more confident when going to the gym on your own. Nikki will also provide you with support and a nutrition plan to keep you on track and get you on the road to achieving your individual goals.
This package is great for those who want to build their knowledge in training and nutrition, receive good results and gain confidence in the gym,gain nutrition knowledge and working with Nikki for 8 weeks, you will gain confidence in all of the above and within yourself.
