
THE GOLD PACKAGE
This package is a 12 week programme of 1-2-1 training sessions with Nikki. You will have 1 hour a week in the gym with Nikki where she will train you and push you to achieve personal bests. In these sessions Nikki will be teaching you techniques to use in your own workouts and help you to feel more confident when going to the gym on your own. Nikki will also provide you with support and a nutrition plan to keep you on track and get you on the road to achieving your individual goals.
The Gold Package is for those real goal hunters, if you want to get in the best shape and become the best version of your- self, this is The package for you. Working with Nikki for 12 weeks will not only get you results but also gain self confidence, learn training techniques/styles that will stay with you for the rest of your life, learn about your body and what works for you and doesn’t whilst being involved in a community with likeminded people and supporting each other.
